Kymco grand vista maintenance

It never made it on sale in Canada, but it was offered in many other countries around the world from about on. Powering the Grandvista was a liquid cooled, cc 4-stroke mill. This motor was a fairly simple yet reliable engine which used a carburetor and dual valve head design to keep costs down. The Grandvista made a peak power output of Fuel mileage for the Grandvista is typically reported around 60mpg. There are newer scooters in this niche that offer more power and better milage ie.

One downside to the Grandvista is that Kymco recommends valve gap adjustments every km compared to 15, km for many models but this might just be Kymco being conservative. The Grandvista had a large comfortable seat, which makes it well suited for flowing with traffic on the highway. Both driver and passenger seats have a small integrated backrest and a more robust one was optional. The Grandvista also has a few nice amenities such as a 12V accessory charging socket and a cell phone holder under the seat.

Get one! It's super fun to ride on and scoot around Dixon, Illinois and Lee County! The nimble handling more than makes up for the loss in cc's coming from a cc. This scooter seems to be balanced very well, much to my liking.

I have had it on a mile ride with very good fuel economy. Even at 60 mph indicated at 70 mph on speedo , it doesn't seem to be overworking the engine.

I have added a taller windscreen which really helps give a more stable ride while going highway speeds. The glovebox is a nice feature that my did not have. Underseat storage isn't that roomy but you can add a topbox like I did.

All in all, I am happy with and would purchase another. I have figured out that the speedometer is fast about 5mph. My fuel consumption is 67 mpg. I can go all the way on one tank of fuel and then some. I have not had to take the bike to the shop for anything but regular maintenance. Givi does not make it anymore.

I have absolutly nothing negative to say about this scooter. I have it for 5 months now and have miles on it. I use that for my commute to work and I love it. It looks good and is very reliable. So far no issues whatsoever. I specially like its generous siting space and under seat compartment. I also like and use quite often its parking break that first I thought I would never use that. Making the story short, there is nothing you can get better for money.

I like this scooter. I upgraded from a 49cc Kymco and it's a big difference. The only thing I don't like are the mirrors. They are small round and not wide enough. I will purchase another set for my comfort. No mechanical problems to speak of. I commute 21 miles on hilly 2-lane highway and it does great.

Will cruise 60MPH all day. It can haul my fat butt up the hills no problem and get great gas mileage doing it. So far the only thing I wish it had was a little bigger gas tank. I recommend the Grand Vista. Went through flat-6, v-4, twin-2, and 2 cc scooters. Well, this People is the keeper. Has enough power to get around.

Average 67MPG also very impressive. Still have 2 other bikes in the garage, but took the most of the time. Thank you Kymco. Almost trouble free speedo gear broke covered under warranty. Total mi over 52,mi. The back tire was gone at miles.

Had a main fuse blow, changed it and doing fine. I would buy another one, but first I got to wear this one out. Good product. Great ride. I plan to put many more miles on it this summer.
